Now Justin and Templeton have their very own award, which they are really looking forward to giving out to other rattie sites. They're getting pretty expert at surfing the web, and they'll handpick up to two sites a month which they feel truly represent the ideals of their Literary Rat award! To keep the true spirit of this award, it is not open for application. That is not to dissuade folks from sharing their web sites with us, and we'd love to visit each one, but their award is going to remain something that is to be given as a surprise.
