NAME: Shakespeare, after the great playwrite
TYPE: brown hooded w/ a broken stripeBORN: Little Shakespeare had a rough start- he nearly became snake food! Thankfully a vet tech at the veterinary office we use rescued him and gave us a call. We're guessing he was born in June, 2002.
FAVORITE ACTIVITES: Shakes has matured into a very well-balanced little rat. He's somewhat small for his age, but seems to fit right into the pack. Like Potter, he gets along well with everyone. The only one who had any problem with him when he first moved in was Potter! Now he enjoys a good scratch, and cuddling under your armpit to watch TV.
FAVORITE FOODS: My goodness, anything! He started off very shy about food, as all he had eaten prior to his rescue was dog kibble. Now he's willing to try anything, and especially loves monkey chow biscuits- he can eat them shockingly fast!
